Baeksu Coastal Road
[Scenic Site 1] Baeksu Seaside Road
Introduction
It is a costal road which is 16.8km long starting from Giryong-ri, Baeksu-eup, Yeonggwang-gun until it meets Sukgumi-maeul, Baegam-ri and it’s the representative driving course of the West Coast that produces a wonderful scenery with strange rocks, vast mud flat, and beautiful sunset. Especially at the Sunset Road that is 2.3m long and was constructed as an wood deck walking trails under the costal road, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery while walking and there are seawater spa land, a variety of pensions, retaurants and etc. including Korea’s only sunset exhibit.
