Beobseong Dano Festival
Beobseong Dano Festival is a time-honored folk festival which has been continued for 500 years by Yeonggwang-gun residents. Events for special experiences you cannot find at any other festivals are progressed such as Nanjang-teugi, Dragon King Festival, Seonyu Nori, Supjaengi Korean Traditional Music Concert, etc., ruminating over the soul of ancestors included in Dano day. Folk events such as swing running, Tuho or Dano Man Ssireum Competition, or experiencing tour programs such as Changpo shampooing, making Changpo soaps, or making Dano folding fans, etc. are prepared for the visitors.
